SurvivalMP In-Game Rules
The rules that keep SurvivalMP enjoyable for everyone.
This server has strict in-game rules to follow to ensure that it is a pleasant experience for all gamers. The server rules are based around common sense and fairness. Interpretation and enforcement are down to the discretion of SurvivalMP staff, though it is not intended to be a full and final list of every existing rule and possible case.
The staff team reserves the right to judge each case individually and punish or forgive at their own discretion. If a staff member tells you to stop something, regardless of these rules, you shall follow their verdict.
Remember, these rules are subject to change without notice, so check the rule channel frequently. Play fair, have fun, and enjoy your time on SurvivalMP!
1.0 Chat Rules
- 1.1
Be respectful. We encourage players to cooperate and compete in a somewhat positive environment, but never in a way that harasses or abuses other players. Those intent on creating a toxic environment will be punished accordingly. Punishable chat offenses consist of, but are not limited to:
- 1.2
Spamming – Repeating the same or similar message excessively (more than 3 times in a short period), copy-pasting messages, or relogging repeatedly to gain an in-game advantage (e.g., avoiding combat or death). Spamming also includes excessively messaging another player in private messages. Attempting to bypass this by sending exactly three messages repeatedly is also considered spam.

Flooding Chat – Sending multiple long messages in quick succession (more than 3 times) that clutter chat with unnecessary or repetitive content. If your messages disrupt chat or drown out other players, it will be considered flooding. Sending exactly three messages repeatedly to bypass this rule is not allowed.
- 1.4
Harassment – The act of systematic and/or continued unwanted and annoying actions of one party, group, or individual. This includes threats and demands.

Sharing another player's personal information without their consent.
- 1.6
Racism, sexism, or hate speech is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, the n-word, the f-slur, and any outwardly hateful or prejudiced speech against a group of people. Any bypassed versions of these words are also not allowed and will be met with equal punishment. No offensive skins or builds are allowed (Swastikas, Death Camps, ect). Anyone caught using a knowingly offensive skin will be asked to change it and will be punished if they refuse to comply. The same applies to offensive builds. Staff reserves the right to remove any offensive builds.

Advertisements of non-related content to the server or Minecraft are not allowed. This includes promoting other Minecraft servers.
- 1.8
Sending any link that is deemed inappropriate or malicious (e.g., pornographic sites, phishing links, virus/malware downloads).
- 1.9
Impersonating any member of the server or the staff team via nicknames or custom prefixes.
- 1.10
If you need to ask yourself “would this get me banned/muted?” it’s probably not a good idea. You cannot toe the line of harassment as a troll without consequences, and repeatedly doing so will result in punishment.
- 1.11
Arguing with staff or calling out staff abuse if you receive a punishment. If you believe you have been unfairly punished, open a ticket on Discord — that’s what it’s there for.

Threatening to DDoS/Dox, is strictly not allowed.
- 1.13
Any jokes about rape will result in punishment. Duration will be determined by staff depending on severity. The use of overly sexualized comments, discussions, or explicit content is strictly prohibited. We aim to maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all players.

Respect the privacy and consent of other players. Do not engage in discussions or comments that violate another person’s boundaries or comfort levels.
- 1.15
No inappropriate or offensive usernames – Keep all player names appropriate for all ages. (i.e Rascist/Sexist names, ect)
2.0 Game Play Rules
- 2.1
No hacks, xray, auto-clickers, or any modded clients of any kind! This includes Wurst, Meteor, Impact, and ect. (You may use Optifine, Lunar Client, Feather Client, and the Badlion Client). If you have a question of what is allowed or not (like a schematics mod, for example), please check our #allow-mods channel on discord.

Auto clickers are ALLOWED for AFK farms ONLY.
- 2.2
No dupes, exploits, or anything that breaks the game. This is, but not limited to, finding a glitch/bug with a server plugin and exploiting it to get an advantage over another player. (Only dupes allowed are string dupe, TNT dupe, rail duping, sand duping, and carpet duping).
- 2.3
No lava casting into spawn or any other spawn protected areas such as warps!
- 2.4
Illegal items are prohibited. This includes items that have enchantments which exceed their normal maximum levels, excessive fireworks, potions with excessive effects or over, or unbreakable blocks such as Bedrock, Dragon Eggs, and End Portal Frames. Illegals also include duplicated items. Distribution of illegals is prohibited. Be sure to report all illegal items to staff!

Ddosing/Doxxing is strictly not allowed! If caught you will be permanently IP-BANNED.
- 2.6
Scamming is allowed, only exceptions are when using shulker boxes for /trade (You can not rename items and put them in a shulker box for example you get 20 pieces of stone and rename them to Netherite Ingots <- this is illegal to do). IRL Trade Scamming is also not allowed!

Nether Portal trapping people is not allowed!
- 2.8
No ban evading, jail evading, or mute evading. Serve your time, re-read the rules, and follow them. Punishment evading is, but not limited to:

Joining the server on an alt account when you are banned.
- 2.8.2
Talking in chat with an alt account when you are muted.
- 2.8.3
Renaming items and displaying in chat when you are muted.
- 2.8.4
Changing your nickname to communicate when you are muted.
- 2.8.5
Joining/leaving the server constantly in quick succession when you are muted.
- 2.8.6
Talking on the discord in-game channel when you are muted/banned.
- 2.8.7
Escaping from jail without the consent of staff.
- 2.8.8
Talking through friends while muted counts as mute evading (ex: Red can’t have Wamens type for him while he’s muted)
- 2.9
No bug exploiting. This includes intentionally searching for bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics, sharing them with others to gain an advantage, or using them repeatedly for personal gain. All discovered bugs must be reported to staff immediately through an in-game message or a ticket on Discord. Failure to report and/or exploiting bugs will result in severe punishment.
3.0 Warp PvP Rules

No lavacasts of any kind.
- 3.1
Do not block PvP entrances or exits (e.g., building walls or barriers that prevent access).
- 3.2
No cheating of any kind, including but not limited to kill aura, autoclickers, or any unauthorized modifications.
- 3.3
Do not be overly toxic in chat or actions.
- 3.4
No inappropriate signs or builds. (e.g., Swastikas, Slurs, ect).
- 3.5
No inappropriate names on swords, tools, or other items. (Slurs, Swastikas, ect).
- 3.6
No Withers.
- 3.7
No TNT dupers.
- 3.8
These rules apply to all PvP areas, including Nether and End spawns.
4.0 Other General Rules
- 4.1
Staff are not allowed to hand out items to the players nor help construct a build for them, unless for an event prize. If a player loses an item due to an accidental error made by a staff member, a server plugin malfunction, or a crash, then staff are allowed to compensate for the lost item if proof of its prior existence is shown.
- 4.2
Do not attempt to steal and leak the world seed.
- 4.3
Do not ask/beg for staff status; apply like everyone else.
- 4.4
Placing of inappropriate signs/structures is prohibited. If you can’t say it in chat, don’t say it on a sign! The same goes for builds, e.g., swastikas and other offensive symbols.
- 4.5
No lag machines/creating lag to crash the server.
- 4.6
Do not encourage players to break the rules or aid another player to break them.
- 4.7
No advertising other servers or external content – This includes Discord servers, websites, or other games.
